two day event takes place during The Calusa Blueway Paddling
Festival, a weeklong event put on and heavily promoted by
Lee County. The topurnaments fall on the final weekend of
the event when attendance is highest. Because of the unique
format of the kayak fishing tournaments, there are various
ways you can become involved. Read on to find out more!

the title sponsor of the Professional Team Kayak Fishing
Tournament!
Because
the Professional Team Kayak Fishing Tournament is a cash
prize event, we are opening sponsorship to only one sponsor.
You can become the title sponsor of this event for as little
as $500!!! Your business name (or any name you want) will
become the name of the tournament for 2007. This is also
a great way to memorialize a loved one. The first person
to put up a bid of over $500 before Oct 15 will win this
great opportunity. If two or more bids are received, the
highest bidder will get it. Remember, the cut off date is
October 15, 2007!!!

Do
you know someone wishing to compete in the Pro Team Kayak
Fishing Tournament? A unique way to get involved with the
tournament is to sponsor a kayak fishing team. With four
bodies to put t-shirts on, four kayaks to put your logo
on, and the team vehicle, there is a lot of advertising
space and the best news is that you work out the details
of the sponsorship with the anglers. A common approach is
to pay for the team's entry and provide them with t-shirts
(don't forget that they will be seen by a huge crowd on
Saturday!) For as little as $250 your business can be the
sponsor of a professional kayak fishing team!

We
are always looking for more prizes for the amatuer kayak
fihsing tournament. And it doesn't have to be fishing or
kayak related either! Gift certificates, weekend trips,
or any fun item that we can add to the prize list will help
make the tournament more exciting and help the Calusa Blueway
and Tourism in Lee County at the same time!
